Before you come
Fill in your health history on our private patient portal, and send us your dental plan's name if you have one. Please don't send medical details by email or in the contact form.
At the consult
A talk about what you want, an exam, and a 3D scan. Dr. Leung goes through the scan with you on the screen.
Before you leave
A plan to consider. A written estimate is yours if you ask, and you take it home to decide.

A short list is enough. If you have older X-rays or a scan from another office, we can ask for them, and you can ask your last dentist to send them.
